About Us

All World Freight Ltd started trading back in 1988 and is the creation of Mike Haynes, the Managing Director, a man with a vast prior experience of freight forwarding who had worked for many years in Saudi Arabia overseeing large and difficult cargo projects for several companies with development proje cts out in the Middle East during the 80’s. Mike also has first hand experience of trading with China and many other countries globally.

Chris Gibbons has been with All World Freight Ltd since it’s inception, a long term friend and colleague of Mike, Chris has worked with Mike at several companies before All World Freight Ltd and has an enviable wealth of experience with regards to letters of credit, shipping regulations and procedures. Between Mike & Chris, they bring a total of almost 40 years first hand shipping experience to the table. This almost unparalleled amount of shipping experience is used to ensure that every aspect of your shipment is checked and double checked to avoid any “nasty surprises”.

Finally, the latest addition to the All World Freight Ltd operations team is Pete Bunyan, Pete comes from a UK mainland logistics background where he has been part of a team dedicated to keeping most of the major supermarket chains supplied, and understands deadlines, UK road legislation, and all other aspects of logistics in order for you to make your shipment work and run as smoothly as possible. Pete, like Mike & Chris also has a working knowledge of most plant machinery. Pete has been with All World Freight Ltd for two years.

We have over the past eighteen years built up a good working relationship with many leading manufacturers of industrial machinery, plant and earth moving equipment and are the preferred forwarder for many such companies trading in the UK today.

We also have a very good clientele within the used plant market as well and ship used plant across the globe for many long running customers who have remained with us over the years.

We specialise in the movement of any commercial cargo and oversee projects as diverse as palletised foundry equipment to Australia through to very large pieces of factory new stone screening machines being shipped ro/ro to India.

It is such diversity of business that gives us the broad base of knowledge in order to ensure we can help you with your freight enquiry.

2006 Saw many significant events occur at All World Freight, the most notable of these being the company itself celebrating its 18th birthday.
